About
Roger was raised in South Florida. He has a unique perspective in being a first generation American born to South American parents.
He is passionate about leading others to grow in their knowledge and understanding of their identity as well as all things leadership development. He has been in parachurch and non-profit ministry in addition to serving the local church for over 10 years. He graduated with a DMin from Jacksonville Baptist Theological Seminary.
He currently serves as the Lead Pastor at Edgewood Baptist Church in Lakeland, Florida. He's also DISC and John Maxwell certified.
Roger married his beautiful wife, Rachel, in October 2010, and he loves theme parks, running, reading, college football, and strong coffee.
